Founded by long-time colleagues and friends Julie Enticott and Michelle Cain, the business grew from a shared vision to create a recruitment agency that puts people, trust, and genuine connection at the centre of everything it does.
With more than 20 years of experience working together across both global and local recruitment firms, Julie and Michelle bring deep industry insight and an unwavering commitment to service. Establishing Recruitly in 2021 was a natural progression — an opportunity to combine their networks, expertise, and passion to deliver a truly personal, consultative recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.

Julie Enticott
Co-Founder/Director
Before launching Recruitly, Julie served as Managing Director of a leading boutique agency in Melbourne. Over more than two decades in the industry, she has built deep expertise across permanent and temporary recruitment, account management, business development, and strategic planning. Known for her hands-on leadership style, Julie remains actively involved in recruitment for key clients. She takes genuine satisfaction in connecting businesses with exceptional talent and ensuring every placement is the right fit on both a professional and personal level.
Michelle Cain
Co-Founder/Director
Michelle brings over 15 years of experience in recruitment, having played a central role in growing one of Melbourne’s most respected boutique agencies before co-founding Recruitly. Widely regarded as one of the city’s most connected HR and Business Support recruiters, she combines an entrepreneurial mindset with a natural talent for building lasting relationships. Michelle thrives on problem-solving and is trusted for her depth of market knowledge across both contingency and permanent recruitment. Known for her integrity, responsiveness, and results-driven approach, she leads with clarity, builds enduring partnerships, and sets the standard for quality across the business.
