Our business is all about relationships and Recruitly was born from exactly that. A long-term friendship and business partnership between Co-Founders Julie Enticott and Michelle Cain, who have worked together for over 20 years in both global and local recruitment agencies. With shared values of providing exceptional service to clients and candidates along with their combined networks, knowledge and experience, the decision to launch their own agency in 2021 was a logical next step.

Prior to launching Recruitly, Julie was the Managing Director of a leading boutique agency in Melbourne. Her experience over the past 20 years has been in permanent and temporary recruitment, key account management, business development and business planning. With a very hands-on approach, Julie has always continued to recruit for key clients and enjoys nothing more than the satisfaction of helping them find truly great talent, perfectly suited to their needs.
Michelle Cain.

Prior to establishing Recruitly, Michelle spent the past 15 years in an integral role growing a leading boutique recruitment agency. Michelle is widely known as one of Melbourne’s most well-connected HR & Business Support recruiters. With an entrepreneurial streak and a natural knack for relationship building, Michelle is a born problem solver and has developed a loyal and strong following within the business support community. There isn’t anything she doesn’t know about contingency staffing and permanent recruitment and she works tirelessly to provide a superior service that truly sets her apart.
