Her experience over the past 20 years has been in permanent and temporary recruitment, key account management, business development and business planning. With a very hands-on approach, Julie has always continued to recruit for key clients and enjoys nothing more than the satisfaction of helping them find truly great talent, perfectly suited to their needs.

Prior to establishing Recruitly, Michelle spent the past 15 years in an integral role growing a leading boutique recruitment agency. Michelle is widely known as one of Melbourne’s most well-connected HR & Business Support recruiters. With an entrepreneurial streak and a natural knack for relationship building, Michelle is a born problem solver and has developed a loyal and strong following within the business support community.
